Irving Zisman' (Johnny Knoxville) seorang kakek 86-tahun berada dalam perjalanan mengelilingi Amerika bersama sahabat terbaik, yaitu Cucu-nya yang berusia 8-tahun 'Billy' (Jackson Nicholl), di film "Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa" Oktober ini. Film ini tentang Irving Zisman dan Billy yang akan membuat penonton melihat hal-hal paling gila yang mereka lakukan saat terekam kamera tersembunyi, perjalanan seru dan kekonyolan mereka yang pernah tertangkap di kamera. Orang-orang nyata dalam situasi nyata, membuat film ini benar-benar kacau dan penuh komedi.
